HOW TO OVERCOME DEPRESSION AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES

Depression Depression   Depression is a global problem, with an estimated 30% of the population in developed countries developing forms that require specialized treatment. Depression is directly connected to mental disorder. Depression , characterized by sadness and despair, are generally accompanied by reduced physical activity.  The most common types of depression are: Common sadness - followed by periods of intense feelings, fatigue, sustained exertion.  It is short-lived and has a tendency to self-limit, without requiring treatment. Reactive depression - occurs as a result of events (loss of a loved one, job, divorce, illness, moving).  This type of depression allows healing to occur over time. Biological depressions - are often inherited.  They don't seem to have a cause, they come and go, and they usually respond to treatment. Psychotic depressions are those types of depression in which the suffering person loses contact with reality;  they require professional care
